Gentle Glows Of Grace & Glory is a faith-centered ministry and sisterhood created to provide women with opportunities for faith, fellowship, family, freedom, fun, reflection, rest, retreats and renewal.

Our community may include the “Me To Me” Love Letter Journey, sisterhood gatherings, faith-centered encouragement, journaling and reflection, the Sisterhood Prayer Line, online gatherings, and future retreats and experiences.

We recognize that some women who visit our website may be carrying deeply personal stories.

Your story belongs to you.

You are never required to disclose painful childhood experiences, trauma, medical information, diagnoses, abuse, or other deeply personal information in order to visit our website or express interest in our sisterhood.

Please share only what feels comfortable.

The Short Sisterhood Interest Form

The short sisterhood interest form asks three optional questions about why you are visiting, what you would like to hear more about, and whether you want information about a future prayer line. First name is optional; email and the request to receive the full Gentle Reflection are required to submit.

We use your responses to reply to your interest and send the full Gentle Reflection questionnaire. We do not add you to future updates unless you separately select that optional choice. You can complete the longer reflection later if you wish. Do not send private trauma or medical details through this first form.

Email Communications

You may choose to receive Gentle Glows Of Grace & Glory email communications, including sisterhood news and updates, faith-centered encouragement, gathering invitations, “Me To Me” Love Letter Journey information, Sisterhood Prayer Line information, retreat announcements, journaling and reflection resources, and other ministry-related communications.

Future updates and invitations are optional and use a separate unchecked choice on the short interest form. Requesting the full Gentle Reflection alone does not enroll you in ongoing promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from future updates by contacting [email protected].[email protected].

Certain administrative communications directly related to something you requested may still be sent when necessary.

Phone Numbers & Text Messages

The short sisterhood interest form does not collect phone numbers. If you later provide a phone number through another channel, it does not automatically enroll you in recurring promotional text messaging.

Phone numbers may be used for purposes a participant has requested or authorized, including providing requested information concerning the Sisterhood Prayer Line or another specific ministry activity.

If Gentle Glows Of Grace & Glory later introduces recurring promotional or automated text messaging, a separate consent process and applicable disclosures will be provided.

Sisterhood Prayer Line

Gentle Glows Of Grace & Glory may offer a Sisterhood Prayer Line as a voluntary opportunity for women to gather in faith, prayer, encouragement, and support. Women may indicate whether they are interested in receiving information about the prayer line.

Selecting “Yes, please” on the short interest form indicates interest in receiving information about a future Sisterhood Prayer Line. It does not constitute consent to unrelated recurring promotional text messages. Participation is voluntary.

Prayer requests & privacy

Participants should share only information they are comfortable sharing. We encourage participants to respect one another's privacy. However, we cannot guarantee that information voluntarily spoken or shared with other participants during a group prayer call, gathering, retreat, online meeting, or sisterhood setting will remain confidential.

Please do not disclose another person's private information without appropriate permission.

The Sisterhood Prayer Line is intended for spiritual encouragement and community prayer. It is not professional counseling, psychotherapy, medical treatment, or crisis intervention.

How We May Use Information

Information collected through the website may be used to:

Selling Personal Information
